Conditions of Sale.
Our business operates under the general conditions regulated by German law. We would, however, like to point out to the following special conditions of sale.
1) All items are listed without shipping costs ( postage, packaging, insurance ). A written confirmation of your order, excluding shipping costs, will be sent to your Email address. Due to technical reasons it is not possible to immediately confirm your shipping costs. The cost of shipping will be determined after your order has been received and we will email you an invoice showing the total amount.
2) The shipping cost depends on size, weight and destination. Only the actual postage fee will be charged.
3) Payment in advance is required. All items remain our property until full payment has been received.
4) Accepted methods of payment are : bank transfer, cash payment or Paypal by arrangement.
5) The ordered items will be reserved for 14 days.
6) In rare cases it is possible that the item may already have been sold. This can happen when two buyers order an item at the same time.
7) As everything we sell is antique, there may be only one example of an item available. This refers particularly to old Christmas tree ornaments. Several examples may exist of paper antiques, including vintage die cuts/scraps.Liability.
All items have been described to the best of our knowledge, although errors cannot be excluded. The accuracy of the contents of this website is not guaranteed.
Data Protection. Personal data will be kept in strict confidence. Customer information will not be sold or passed to others.
